Professional chef with over 15 years of experience working in one and two Michelin starred and one to five Rosetted restaurants, hotels and pubs. I have done small private fine dining diners/ guest chef evenings to large scale functions. I was also a Roux scholarship regional finalist in 2021. Outside of cooking I like to live a quiet life, very much a family man, I have a son and spend a lot of free time with him and my family. I also keep fit and healthy, I go to the gym most days of the week and have regular boxing lessons. Hobbies of mine are eating in restaurants and exercise.
