My name is Luca Robledo, I'm an Italian Private – Personal Chef from Italy.
I have been working in the industry in senior positions for eight years, first as Head Chef in restaurants, hotels and fairs, and afterwards as a Private Chef for single clients.
For the latter business, I have developed different exclusive packages: live-in service from breakfast to dinner for short terms commitments (from one week to two - three months), dinner events, cooking shows and cooking classes, catering service for parties, gala dinners.
I am based on Lake Como, Northern of Italy, but for live-in services I am happy to travel worldwide, if required.
Attention to details can only be achieved and offered in private settings. This is why when I am on duty, I do not take days off nor have scheduled working times: I’m available for my clients 24/7 for the entire time of their stay / holiday / travel.
