For the last 6 years I have worked as a Private Chef for several UHNW families, world leaders, and a UN Ambassador. Before my Private Chef work I was an Executive Chef at Apple headquarters in California for 2 years. Prior to this I spent nearly 15 years working in Michelin 1, 2, and 3 star kitchens.
