I am highly energetic and hardworking person with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, for the last 8 of which have been in household for UHNWI family and occasionally yachting. I have a real love & passion for food which is demonstrated in every dish I produce, and I love to keep up with modern culinary trends and techniques. I also have a strong interest in Healthy nutritional gastronomy, dietary requirements and allergy such as gluten free, dairy free, diabetic and more, however I will never lose sight of the importance of classic dishes and their roots.
I have extensive knowledge of many varied world cuisines and I love to experiment with new flavours.
