I have more than 25 years of professional experience in cookery, working in various countries around the world. For the past 10 years I have worked inside many private residences working multiple roles, such as housekeeper, butler, and general allrounder I am also adept in management as I worked for an international hedge fund in Pfäffikon and London as a Facilities Manager, where I would be charged with the general organization and procurement for the office as well as being responsible for the preparation of varied cuisine for up to 15 people at a time. I would also act as a private driver, representing the office when collecting international clientele at Zurich airport.
