This is a permanent opportunity based in High Street Kensington London, the candidate need to be proactive, able to use initiative but also able to work and communicate to highest levels with meticulous eye to detail on ever changing schedules.



In addition to the usual basic PA duties, the candidate would be responsible for filing, liaising with professionals and looking after personal affairs. The Managing Director is exceptionally busy and has high standards so it is imperative for this individual to have a high attention to detail whilst also working efficiently on their own. The role is highly organisational involving lots of complex diary management, travel, document production and research as well.



You will manage and coordinate the day-to-day affairs of the Managing Director including coordinating all personal travel, diary, restaurant bookings and all social invitations. You will be responsible and trusted with managing all filing. The rôle is a mix of personal/private and business.



In addition, you will assist the Chairman in organising bi-annual global macro conferences for their foundation, the Spinoza Foundation, a charitable organisation set up the facilitate a forum for economists, scholars, financiers and the general public to come together and engage in open, non-partisan and impartial debate about social and economic matters with the aim of influencing public policy worldwide. You will liaise will the speakers in advance and organise all travel and accommodation in the lead up to the conferences and ensure all databases are kept up to date.



Ideally you will have had prior experience in managing multiple diaries and conflicts, as well as ever changing global travel itineraries. We are looking for individuals with excellent IT and research skills. Character-wise you need to be confident, discreet, proactive, adaptable and be able to prioritise, multi-task and use your initiative. Degree educated preferred, otherwise someone with good common sense, switched on and excellent written and verbal command in a quick pace.
