I have been raised in an independent family-run restaurant environment, I have developed a caring, focused and enthusiastic attitude towards fulfilling client’s needs.
I am classically trained with a professional Chef’s diploma.
Throughout my career; I have predominantly worked in fine dining restaurants, as well as some limited domestic chef work, I have cooked for UHNW clients, mentored under the former head chef of HRH King Charles III and have been invited internationally to cook for a client.
I consider myself incredibly passionate and continuously enjoy creating and developing new dishes. I work well under pressure and am meticulously organised.
I am currently keen to expand my experience and venture into the private chef sector now offering a a more bespoke service to my clients
