Since 2014 I have been working I worked in villas, chalets and yachts as a freelance private chef in many differant locations around the world for VIP clients of many differant nationalities. I’ve travelled widely expanding my business and my culinary skills in places as diverse as Thailand, India, Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, England, Montecarlo, France and Switzerland gaining valuable experience and a wealth of knowledge in many cultures.
