I am a motivated, conscientious and focused individual. I am able to work confidently and effectively on my own without supervision, whilst being an integral team player. I am an honest,
reliable member of staff and I have an eclectic background with my menus ranging from traditional British, French and Italian also including Caribbean, Indian, Mexican and Persian.
I have previously had the opportunity to work for some of London’s leading caterers including acting Head Chef at Absolute Taste Ltd, Head Chef of a Rhubarb restaurant and Executive Head Chef of the London Kitchen. In my career, I have catered for many high profile individuals including HRH the Queen, HRH The Prince of Wales, Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Sir Elton John to name a few. I have also travelled extensively throughout Europe and Africa for functions where I have picked up many different inspirations for my culinary creations from the fresh locally sourced ingredients as food is my first passion.
With nearly 20 years experience within the events, restaurant and hotel industries I have worked with some of the worlds greatest chefs including Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal. I have also worked with Italian Michellin star chef Francesco Mazzei across two years at his pop-up restaurant in London called The House of Peroni which included tastings, costings, staffing and kitchen logistics.
