Growing up near the Adirondack mountains in upstate New York surrounded by world renowned farming & agriculture and spending the majority of my childhood cultivating organic vegetable gardens alongside my mother, shaped me into the chef I am proud to be today. I have always been passionate about using as many farm-to-fork organically grown, sustainably sourced ingredients as possible and hold an emphasis on healthy lifestyle through clean eating. I have been a practicing Chef for 15 years with experience in the following segments; Fine Dining, Corporate Events, Private Events, Private Clients, Freelance Catering, High End Restaurants, Research and Development, and in a Sales Trainer capacity. I am comfortable with all forms of cuisine and modern diets and work diligently to stay current on industry trends. I also welcome adventure and love to try new things! It is important for me to keep my clients engaged and excited about their meals.
