My work experience started in Italy, specifically Sardinia where I come from, where my parents works in hospitality industry as pizzerias, pubs and restaurants so time after time I started periodically to working whit them so great passion for food was born and grew in me.
I often did seasonal jobs during the summer as laundry manager and waitress on the floors at boutique hotel and as shop manager on the ferries boat, occasionally as nanny and for a short time I worked as assistant at primary school
