Iíd like to use this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Lee-Anne and Iíve been a practicing head
chef for the last thirteen years in South Africa. Iíve been responsible for wine estate in the Stellenbosch
tourism sector, as well as managing the culinary aspects of various establishments along the Cape Town
and Clifton seaboard. Iíve worked abroad in the United Arab Emirates as a private chef to the Abu Dhabi
royal family, this has been a recurring position until COVID closed the borders. I have also been
freelancing at a few villas in the Cape Town region for their international clientele as a personal chef. I feel
that my experience across multiple regions and sectors has the ability to bring something new and fresh
to the table. Iím a hard worker through and through, and dedicate myself to my work, I have the skill set to take on any responsibilities and more, and to do it in such a way that will benefit any client.
