I am a young, hardworking driven private chef currently out of work after working for a charity back home in Glasgow. With restrictions easing I have started the job hunt, open to relocating anywhere sunnier than Scotland!

Having had my winter season abruptly cut short I am currently looking for my next opportunity to hone and develop my skills. After working in my first platinum standard chalet last winter, I feel my food has improved dramatically and the confidence I have in my own abilities has helped me exponentially to provide clients with high-end multicourse Michelin style cuisine with an emphasis on flavour and presentation.
