Formally trained in French technique at the Brussels Catering College and in the city's Michelin starred restaurants, i have worked for Ambassadors, and Embassies, HNWIs and their families, and with prominent businesses and high profile organisations in Brussels, the Swiss Alps, Austria, Spain, London, Sweden and Scotland.
