From over a decade of experience, eight years of which have been in some of London’s notable restaurants I have broadened my food knowledge across multiple cuisines and fine tuned my technique. I then took my skills to the high seas as a super yacht chef to continue to cook and create but whilst travelling. I am now looking for a position that utilises my ability to adapt and tailor to a variety of client preferences but back on land, with a position that provides some stability and routine.
