Ladies and gentlemen:
I would like to offer my services as candidate for a domestic team and am open to a variety of capacities, depending on what you deem I may qualify for.
Sixty years of age, I am in impeccable health and spirits. While I have led a rather simple, unassuming life, I am highly educated in both the professional and general sense.
In terms of professional education, I have studied the hermeneutics of music and have a deep understanding of classical music and its history. I also play the piano quite well. Literature and history are subjects I also hold in high regard.
In terms of general education, I have am respectful, tactful, discreet, and have an appreciation for culture and different cultural contexts. I know how to relate to and get along with people of all ages and backgrounds.
I was born in Calgary and spent much of my youth in Germany, Spain and Mexico. My father -a professor of geology- wanted me to learn eight languages, and my mother -a business owner and executive- wished for me to enroll at Menuhin's music prep school. While I have since regretted not following though on these initiatives, their premise has informed my life ever since. I came to the USA to enter a marriage that unfortunately ended in divorce, but brought the blessing of two beautiful daughters who now live independently in California. Until now I have been freelancing playing and teaching music.
At the core, one way or another, the purpose of life is to serve. I would be very thankful for the opportunity to serve persons and families of class and distinction, to assist in the effectiveness of, and to help add beauty to their lives. I am authorised to work in Canada and USA, and am willing to move anywhere in the world.
