Our combined education and career paths have equipped us with a
mix of experience and expertise which particularly suit this post. We
have both had experience working in the service and hospitality industry.
Between us, we speak English (native), Italian, German, Afrikaans, and
conversational Dutch. We are both Italian/South African nationals.
Our children Marcus (23) and Lauren (20) are currently studying at
university. Marcus in Cape Town, South Africa, and Lauren in Utrecht,
Netherlands.
We are hard-working, tenacious, and reliable. Our attention to detail
and exceptional service is what has made our respective business careers
successful.
We work well as a team. We are discreet, engaging, and always
attentive. We adapt easily to different people, expectations, and settings.
We are well-travelled and knowledgeable on many subjects, including art, cuisine, decor, and wine.
