I studied catering for 3 years in Montpellier France where I learnt the bulk of my knowledge and techniques. After my apprenticeship I decided to travel to improve my English and broaden my culinary knowledge.
I have lived abroad since 2015 between New Zealand, Australia and England.
I have also travelled to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Japan where I discovered many exotics food and new cooking techniques.
While I was working in Australia, a London family who I worked for the past summer offered me the job of house manager for my boyfriend and me. We decided to come back to England and accept the opportunity. We have been working for them since then but unfortunately due to the Coronavirus crisis they cannot keep employing us.
