Ingreth RAMIREZ & Juan HEREDIA

We are a “Mother-Son” team. Throughout our lives we have traveled and studied across multiple cultures. Our interest in home management began when we lived in Dubai, seeing the operating principles behind luxury estates. During our relocation to the U. S. we have gathered invaluable experience and hope to expand on it with you.

As a team we look to diligently maintain a household which is safe, serene, and soulful. We are familiar with the array of roles and situations which come with caring for an estate. Integrity and consistency are the essence of our work, we live by the trust placed in us. Our aim is to use everything available to optimize the standard of living of those under our care, providing ease throughout day-to-day life.

Maintenance and cleaning are central to our work. We have a very keen sense for organization, keeping inventory, and managing a household. Maintaining antiques and luxurious clothing is one of our specialties. We have experience in outdoor maintenance, procuring & supervising contractors as needed.

Cooking is one of our passions, we can prepare dishes from across cultures as you wish. This extends to hosting, celebrations, and holidays. Any member of the household along with guests can be accommodated for.

Engagement and attention are central to the personal growth of loved ones under our care. We have experience assisting in following medical routines & prescriptions. We can assist with educational activities and tutoring. Our long-term focus in any position is to facilitate the growth of loved ones while developing meaningful bonds with those under our care.
