We met in 2007 and have worked together on a number of super yachts, Mark in the capacity of Chef and Marianna as Chief Stewardess.
Mark is a professionally trained chef and also ran his own private catering and event company
Marianna spent 20 years plus within the hotel and catering industry
In 2019 we left the superyacht industry to join a new build private house. We have been running the private house as a villa management couple looking after our Principals and their guests as well as acting as the Owners representatives in July & August each year when the house is rented.
We complement each other as Mark oversees the catering and provisioning as well as the technical and facilities management of the house, whilst Marianna focuses on the housekeeping and service side of running the property.
We are both customer focused and receive great pleasure when having the opportunity to use our skills and experiences to enhance people’s stay at the villa, whether it’s the Principal, his family or their guests.
