• Leading a team and demonstrating strong and dynamic leadership to foster an agile organization while driving cross-functional alignment with effectiveness and efficiency.


• Responsible for the full operations of 2 teams (Palace based team & mobile team entourage) comprising of head butler, chef, valet, driver and security team members.


• Working very closely with His Royal Highness and his associated/senior team, being on call 24/7 if required.


• Full responsibility for all sign off of purchases for both the Palace and Estate’s.


• Owning and delivering the Estate’s operational budget for functional area, including safety, productivity, financial, labor planning, and operational goals for outbound, or inbound projects.


• Driving continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity.


• Participating in recruiting to identify and evaluate internal/external candidates for promotion and hire.


• Working closely with vendors to build secure support resources for projects and initiatives.


• Responsible for all expense control, product, and service quality.


• Ensuring that cost gaps are identified, action plans developed, and adequate resources allocated to meet all financial objectives.


• Evaluating staffing capabilities, skills, and resource alignment to ensure performance against objectives.


• Leading realignment and work redesign efforts as necessary to provide executional excellence.


• Fostering an environment of continuous improvement that meets or exceeds Principals expectations.
