As illustrated in my resume and especially in the last three posts I have occupied, I was responsible of managing properties and estates of different types including office building, educational buildings, industrial properties, recreational properties, and Royal Residence and Estates.
Supervision and management of residential estate requires special knowledge and most importantly special attention to details. Taking into consideration the need to fully understand and comply with the policies and guidance in order to provide excellent service and meet key performance indicators’ requirements.
Quality of the services provided is another corner stone that I totally understand and have been able in my previous experience to maintain and develop. Thus, there should be tools employed to measure the quality of each service to be provided, and this also fundamentally requires close follow up on all operations related to the properties, which fall under the responsibilities of the Estates Manager.
Clear understanding of services needed is also a prime factor in delivering highest possible quality, which means that each service to be provided needs a special assessment to make sure that deliverables meet service receiver expectation from quality and time aspects, while also staying within the budget and achieving best value for the money. My experience in Health and Safety of work place is also a vital qualification that shall add value to this part of the job.
Making effective decisions requires the existence of the combination of experience and the commitment to the procedures and guidelines. With these two components being present decision shall be correct and of positive value that directly impacts the job.
