With over 20 years’ experience in real estate and hospitality in everchanging environments and challenging roles I would bring to the job a diversified background of knowledge. As a base I provide a professional degree in Real Estate along with two degrees in Business covering Administration and Operations. With long-term history and success record in People Management, Customer Service, Administration, Organization, Events and Building Management I am now looking for a dedicated role as either a private Estate/House/Villa/Properties Manager, a Business Support function at a Family's office or as a Personal/Executive Assistant. A working environment that not only suits my skills set but also my personality and career aspirations, where I can ease peoples (working) lives and support an efficient and cost-effective business and/or estate operation.

Having accelerated my career in one of the facstest growing economies in the world (Luxembourg), managing highly secured and prestigious sites in various industries across Europe, I specifically learned how to work with high demanding individuals of various different characters, to build and maintain trustworthy relationships and partnerships, with hands-on mentality, credibility and integrity being three of my personal attributes that have always helped me succeed in all of my previous management roles. Therefore, I am well versed in dealing with high end clients and their needs. During my time in Luxembourg and due to the country's fast-paced environment multitasking and accuracy while keeping close attention to detail and meeting deadlines also became some of my strongest skills.

I gained my first work (and client service) experience in the industry during my college years between the age of 15y and 21y. I began as a shop assistant, continued with various jobs as a waitress, barkeeper and housekeeper until I started an apprenticeship in real estate management at my parent’s family office after I finished school. Primarily marketing and selling prestigious properties to wealthy private clients in the local region. As I became more and more interested in the administration, operation and financial management of high-end properties I made an advancement into the real estate managed services industry, studying business on the side.

Over the years I accumulated a comprehensive experience in overseeing and managing diverse and complex properties. Sites ranging in size from 300, 00 to 80, 000 square feet. From residential and governmental, administrative, and commercial buildings to a well-known international fashion, sport and lifestyle outlet centre and last business critical, highly complex infrastructure warehouses and offices for a world leading logistics provider in one of Europe’s most innovative and modern business hubs. Day-to-day service management, coordination, team supervision and development are responsibilities I enjoyed the most and where I according to my clients always exceeded expectations.

I offer comprehensive knowledge in recruiting/hiring, managing, and training versatile staff in Housekeeping, Office Services, Reception/Front Office, Property Maintenance & Repair and Security, employing the skills necessary for the effective organization and management of employees, resources and time, to operate a successful and efficient Estate and/or Business Operation. In addition, I always find ways to increase overall services efficiency while reducing operating cost. Not forgetting Project Management skills (refurbishments, extensions, moves and new sites set-up) to round up my profile.

My biggest success to this date was the management of 11 medium sized properties across 10 different European countries balancing diverse local legal/regulatory requirements, cultural differences and individual building and executive management related demands while standardizing managed services throughout the portfolio.
