I grew up in the French Alps, my father used to be a hotel director, so i met very early the hotel industry.
I arrived in Paris in 2007 as bartender of the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe, two years after, i was the head bartender.
Joined the Plaza Athénée in 2010 as Maître d'Hôtel for five years.
Then, director of food and beverage of the Nolinski Hotel (Evok Hotels Collection)
After that, i met the house manager of the Maison Montespan, to become the exclusive Majordome.
Very concerned about travel leisure, art, event, gastronomy, i am today looking for some new opportunities in France.
