With over 12 years of experience in luxury hospitality, primarily within the superyacht industry, I have served as Chief Steward and Purser on large yachts working closely with UHNW principals and their families in highly demanding environments.
Throughout my career I have been responsible for managing interior operations, coordinating teams, and maintaining the highest service standards while ensuring discretion, organisation, and a smooth day to day running of both yacht and residence environments.
Alongside my yachting career, I have also been involved in supporting principals with private residences across several locations, giving me a strong understanding of the expectations within UHNW households.
