Please accept my Resume for a position of House manager as I feel I meet the qualifications for this role.
My past experiences allowed me to work with an international and exclusive clientele, mainly Russian, Middle Eastern, North American and English.
In my previous roles, I have successfully managed and coached teams, managed budgets and trained service staff. At the same time I enjoyed performing standard Butler/ Concierge duties such as welcoming guests, laying tables, service at a table, serve drinks
Being responsible for all the service provided in all areas I supervised both Butler staff and local service staff. It was my responsibility to oversee service quality and make sure it was offered at the highest level. I’ve personally handled the recruitment and training of new members of staff and made certain all of the involved staff were up to the required level. By walking the floor I assisted housekeeping and cleaning teams to make sure the interior was spotless at all times. Providing feedback, guidance, training and handling guest requests were all handled with a smile and in a courteous manner.
I have a keen interest in technology & gadgets and I follow trends from smart wear to phones & smart homes. I have experience with iOS, Android and BlackBerry, Windows, MAC and current technologies and apps. This allows me to support my principal as efficiently as possible over multiple platforms. Over time I’ve also gathered and maintained a personal network of suppliers and contacts for booking private jets, restaurants, yacht charters and other services. I would be more than happy to use my personal network to handle requests for my employer, acting as a concierge and PA.
In addition, I speak and write fluent English, French and Spanish, basic Italian.
