My name is Andrea Mieth. I am German and I am 54 years old. For the past 3 years I have worked for a UHNW family in their second home in Italy managing a property with a beautiful, 1500qm renovated main house, a smaller converted chapel and 8 Hectare garden. My tasks included the organization and supervision of all the work of the staff (1 Housekeeper, 1 Gardener, 1 Chef and 1 Handyman in part time), managing the budget, shopping, control and caretaking of the vehicle fleet and organizing all domestic repairs and renovations. When external specialists were required, I sought out suitable companies, organized estimates and supervised the work.
Due to the size of the property my help in the house and garden work was often necessary. Special attention was paid to the cleaning care of the interior with high quality materials. This not only gave me extensive knowledge of materials and work processes, but also a great deal of practice experience.
When the family stayed in Italy or guests arrived, I provided a full service including picking them up at the airport, arranging tickets, event planning execution. I enjoyed the company of 3 Australian Shepherds, to take care and gave them the right attention and workout.
I have a background in technical and commercial work – I trained as an engineer and salesperson - but my decision to move into the domestic sphere in 2015 was my best ever.
I love my passion for cleanliness and tidiness. With my talent for organization and time management, I really enjoyed getting the best out of our household team. I am used to working independently, while consulting the interests of the owners on decisions and keeping them informed of progress.
I am friendly, discreet, trustworthy, hardworking, focused and totally flexible.
My mother tongue is German. I speak fluently English and good Italian. At the moment I am on the way to learn French.
