Mini bio: Anneli was born in Estonia which at that time was a Soviet Republic. After her homeland restored its independence she saw possibilities to grow and work in newly opened areas like starting an international export-import company in 1993.
Nine years later she connected her creativity and business sense and launched the production of handmade corporate gifts.
She was honored to also supply to the Estonian President for diplomatic presents.
Since childhood she was addicted to cooking. In 2011 she turned that passion into work creating a seasonal restaurant in Estonia. In 2013 she was co-founder of another port restaurant with capacity of 120 seats, while being the main chef and lead on menus.
In 2014 she left Estonia due to her wish to learn French culture and cuisine. She started to work in a restaurant in Midi-Pyrenees.
Since 2016 she is living in Basque country, on the French-Spanish border. She is running a catering company and home restaurant.
