Emília ALMEIDA

My goals as Maternity nurse/ Nanny/ Governess relating to take care of children, are helping them to growth, learning and watch them having fun! Because i believe that children thrive not only in a nurturing environment but also in a joyful one. As Maternity nurse/Nanny I provide prenatal and postnatal care to pregnant women and their newborns.
I describe myself as a dependable person, patient, honest, hard-working, good listener, and kind.
I genuinely love the company of children.
Considering myself with a great understanding of child development from newborn babies to up 14 years old.
As an excellent communicator, where the Compassion and understanding are paramount, i am responsible for supporting and encouraging children and be able to foster their development, establishing a form of connection with them and their parents.
I am commit to making a positive difference in their lives, that's probably why, I always follow closely their development stages, and make sure that they are being offered the appropriate support and activities. This pertains not only to emotional support and encouragement but also to their motor and cognitive development. For example, I am keenly interested in infant and child care techniques that foster independent and engaged progress in the child. In that aspect my approach falls within the Montessori philosophy which is based on children’s developmental need for freedom within limits, along with a thoughtful environment, which offers the child exposure to experiences and materials.
My ideal dream job would be, to work independently or within a team, in an environment in which family life has a high priority.
