As you can see, I am an accomplished high-risk Close Protection Officer and Security Advisor with many years of in-depth experience consulting on international security projects.
This experience is further bolstered by my background of excellence within the British Armed Forces, having served 24 years in the Parachute Regiment and SRR.
Through constant career progression and striving for excellence, I have developed a broad range of skills and capabilities that align with the expectations advertised for many roles.
In my current position, I am working as a Security Manager my primary role is to provide subject matter expertise on security matters to support the Client’s operations, with a specific remit to support negotiations between the Client and Senior Military stakeholders involved with the TAPI project.
The main attributes I bring to the role are fully outlined in my CV and include, amongst others:
Strength in communication and the ability to converse in both English and French.
Adept at liaising with self-built local networks and international intelligence agencies to collate, analyse and interpret security and intelligence information for overall situational awareness.
Experienced in compiling regular security reports, presentations, and security-related documentation while cooperating closely and supporting the project management team, aiding operational strategy and standards.
Able to lead close protection teams and offer risk management advice to safeguard the security of the client including reconnaissance, operational planning, journey management, risk mitigation measures, team deployment, logistics, and communication.
In-depth knowledge of crisis management planning to be used in the event of emergency situations, e. g. appropriate planning, standard operating procedures (SOP’s), evacuation plans, incident responses, and communication protocols
