Chef and Hostess/housekeeper onboard the luxury hotel barge Saint Louis. We cruise on the Canal de Garonne in SW France. The successful couple will be of a calibre to manage and deliver a weekly high end cruise experience for our guests. Cruises run from Saturday late afternoon thru to the following Friday morning, guests depart immediately after breakfast. Together they will provide laundry/housekeeping as necessary, (though not generally any guest laundry) table settings and service for 5 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 5 dinners for a max of 6 guests plus 4 crew, Pilot, tour guide, hostess and chef. Accommodation, crew uniforms and all food is provided by the company.
