We’re looking for a self-starter who has a “no task too big or too small” attitude and gets the job done even if it means he has to do it personally and staying longer hours. Professional mindset and manner, meticulous and hardworking. Supporting the principals with any day-to-day tasks. Candidate must have previous experience working in Los Angeles for at least two years and knowing the city.
Typical duties include, but are not limited to: booking travel/appointments, making reservation, manage contractors, services, keep track of shipments, hiring new household staff and training them, create an accurate household inventory, vehicle upkeep, payroll and handling bills, correspondence, plan dinner parties. Ensuring the property is well-maintained to the highest standard, tidy interior and exterior. Looking after delicate and bespoke assets including state of the art furnishings, works of art, high-end household appliances, silver, fine china and antiques. Driving the principals to appointments, occasionally travel with the family.
Candidate must have a US passport or a Green Card. Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role supporting high net worth individuals/families, managing a 25, 000 sq ft. home or similar. This position requires a flexible work schedule. The general schedule is Moinday-Friday, but be willing to work weekends and holidays when needed. Must be able to work longer hours and travel.
