Family of two adults seeking a full-time House manager/Personal assistant in Beverly Hills.
Typical duties include, but are not limited to: booking travel/appointments (creating detailed itineraries, making restaurant&hotel reservation, transportation etc), overseeing current house renovation, receiving shipments from overseas, manage contractors, services, keep track of shipments, hiring new household staff and training them, household inventory, vehicle upkeep, payroll and handling bills, correspondence, plan and execute birthday parties. Keeping home to impeccable standards. Driving the couple to appointments and often to Las Vegas and back. If needed travel to Europe with the family.
Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role supporting high net worth individuals/families, managing a 20, 000 sq ft. home or similar, is required. A hospitality background is preferred, very formal demeanor. Being European or worked for European family is a big plus!
This position requires a flexible work schedule, that often requires extra hours.
