Job Specification
• Work days: 5 and a half days/week (flexible)
• Reporting directly to House Manager
• House: 4 bedroom villa
Job Responsibilities & Duties
• Maintain a clean and tidy house including but not limited to daily and deeper cleaning as appropriate such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces and fixtures. Cleaning of indoor and outdoor furniture
• Ensure overall cleanliness of kitchen utensils, flatware, dishes, pots, and pans
• Manage refuse and recycling, ensuring correct disposal of waste across the property
• Responsible for laundry and linen management for the family and guests where appropriate. Hand washing delicate items
• Cooking as required (simple, home style Greek food)
• Coordinating with House Manager to maintain:
o Stock levels of food and beverage and supplies of household goods
o Wardrobe Management
o Well-functioning and organised house
• Help the family with Packing – Unpacking before/after trips
• Running errands and performing other tasks as necessary
• Ad-hoc assistance in basic cleaning of other of family’s properties
• Caring for dogs when family is away
Remuneration & Benefits
• Basic salary €12, 000pa
• Self-contained/independent quarters on grounds incl. kitchenette
• 22 days holiday + holidaying allowance
