-The candidate will have full responsibility for overseeing the upkeep and daily running of the property. 
-Manage and supervise contractors such as gardeners, plumbers, electricians, security company and painters. 
-Carry out daily cleaning and dusting of the apartment. 
-Carry out administrative duties: Opening mail, filing, liaising with head office and House Manger in London to ensure all utility bills are paid on time. 
-Adhoc personal shopping & running errands. 
-Stock fridge and pantry when the family visit (very occasionally, once a month). 
-Serve light meals (mostly breakfast, tea and coffee) when the family are in residence. 
-Carry out turndown and service rooms when the family are in residence. 
-Laundry duties.
