Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, full-time live-in Housekeeper/Cook for a large and beautifully maintained country house in stunning Perthshire. Principals are in part-time residence
Key Responsibilities:
- Full housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep
- Grocery shopping, errands, and occasional airport runs.
- Cooking Responsibilities include preparing meals for principals as needed and occasional house guests. Also to prepare occasional larger dinners with help provided as needed
- Maintaining household inventories
- Liaising with contractors and/or service providers
Requirements:
- Responsible, proactive, and well-organised with a keen eye for detail
- Warm, discreet manner and an ability to work with others
- Flexible with tasks and comfortable managing time efficiently
- Clean UK driving licence
- Basic computer skills
Accommodation:
Spacious private accommodation including utilities provided. Possible part-time employment may be available if applicant has a partner depending on skills. Unfortunately, not suitable for children.
Additional Information:
- Collaborative and friendly environment with a small, long-standing team caring for the gardens and grounds
- Current housekeeper/cook retiring after 13 years
