Over the last four years, Giacomo has worked exclusively for a private family, serving across their residences in Ibiza and Courchevel. During the summer, he oversees service and bar execution on a private island resort, hosting high-net-worth individuals in an environment where the weekly minimum stay exceeds €450, 000. In the winter, he continues providing trusted service in the family's private chalet in the French Alps, ensuring consistency, comfort, and world-class hospitality year-round.
Prior to his private service career, Giacomo honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels across Italy, England, and Australia, where he developed his deep knowledge of fine dining, sommelier service, and guest personalization. His ability to anticipate needs, lead by example, and remain composed under pressure has earned him long-term placements based purely on personal referrals and trust.
Giacomo is currently seeking his next step as a Traveling Butler or House Manager, ideally in the United States, Caribbean, Middle East, or Europe. He brings not only experience and skill, but also genuine warmth, adaptability, and a clear dedication to the art of service.
He is fluent in Italian and English, with conversational Spanish and basic French, and is currently learning Russian to better serve international households.
