RUBEN EUDELINE

Hello,

I am RUBEN, born in Seoul and raised in France.

I studied hospitality and French culinary arts in Marseille and Lyon at the Paul Bocuse Institute. My Asian origins led me to travel to China and South Korea.

My professional career led me very quickly to work for private families, in particular for the family of Mr. Jérôme M. who was at the Élysée, as well as for the family of A L. (CEO of a large Parisian group at Villa Montmorency) as well as for Mr. and Mrs. P. of the KERING group in Paris.

I worked last year for a Chinese-American family where I was recently able to showcase my Asian and French cooking skills. This summer with a team I took care of the catering of a UNHW family on the heights of Cannes.

I offer cuisine marked with Chinese and Korean influences, whether dumplings, a shellfish broth flavored with sweet spices, or like in Beijing with a Peking duck or Bimbimbap, marinated beef with a sauce like in Seoul.

I also master French cuisine with a touch of modernity as well as European cuisine (Spanish or Italian).
Passionate about cooking and everything related, I love discovering and tasting new products that I can then offer to my customers. More than a taste, I try to create a feeling!
