My expertise has been showcased across luxury residences to ultra-high-net-worth standards, as well as 5-red star luxury boutique hospitality environments, to not only manage but also coordinate all relevant aspects to run organizations in a smooth and efficient manner and to the highest level of expectations.

With over 14 years of experience at senior management level, I have been working in serving a diverse blend of international clientele having worked with diverse teams to deliver ‘Excellence as a Standard’.

 

I have obtained fundamental skills, whilst not only having worked internationally and in the middle east, but also was privileged being trained by the Kitco hotel management to the required standards of etiquette & protocol in luxury environments.

My roles have evolved over the years to include Household Management, F&B, Events, housekeeping services, supervision of teams, liaising with contractors and suppliers, handling and follow up on maintenance related matters, overseeing landscaping, organizing travel and coordinate Personal Assistant, duties for the principals, in running personal errands,   personal chores, menu creation as well as online shopping and diary management tasks.

 

There have also been cross-over roles which include Valet & Luxury Concierge duties.

I also have gained a valuable insight into many security protection teams, how they operate to have a sound knowledge of the importance of being security-aware.
